Got to my seat very early for batting practice at the fourth game of the week.....Another noon game..........This was the best seat by far......In the shade the whole game and the breeze was blowing straight in hard.........It felt like someone up there had turned on the air conditioning for our enjoyment...........thank you.....I sat next to an elder who kept a very good score card..............He kept his jacket on.........

Barry getting ready to bat.........Unbelievable!!!!!! He slugged TWO homeruns against a very stiff wind blowing in.........His first (#752) went out onto Sheffield, and his second (#753) went into the basket in left center........#753 was thrown back onto the field by a Cubs fan............Barrys two homeruns were not enough.......Giants went down for the third time this week.........9-8..............

Crowd on its feet excited about what they had just witnessed..............I spent a week in Chicago just to see the Cubs, Barry and the Giants just happened to be playing at the time..........What a wonderful ballpark..........The ballpark feels very comfortable, like a well worn ball glove............The people were the best...............Am looking forward to next seasons trip............. Thank you Chicago............
